The Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s (MGC) Investigations and Enforcement Bureau has fined MGM Springfield $45,000 for a range of underage gambling rules breaches.

It could also potentially alter the wide-open layout of the gaming floor, but it still needs to fully analyze access and fire safety repercussions.
